About this property

Studio with garden by the sea and Hérault - garden parking and shops

The house, an old redoubt built in 1609, was still until the 1970s the home of the lighthouse keepers nearby. If the lava stone is coated today with plaster, it remains a large rustic house with garden in which I have renovated separate apartments.

Pleasant in summer and winter since the thickness of the stone acts as a natural insulator, our small apartment is an ideal starting point to discover the natural and cultural riches of the Languedoc-Roussillon region: Sète, the Cathar castles, the Canal du Midi or even the bars and night clubs by the sea, everything is nearby!

Little more :
For groups, in addition to the living room with a bed, a small bedroom isolated from the rest of the apartment by a door is available, transforming the studio into a T1 bis and allowing two additional people to sleep in bunk beds.

The place :
Located at the mouth of the Hérault, the fishing port of Grau d'Agde offers both the charm of the picturesque and the comfort of a Mediterranean seaside resort. Make the most of the local charms and the many beaches, the closest of which is 100m away, and the pleasure of the shade of the plane tree walls in this studio on the ground floor, not overlooked and fully refurbished.

Très bon emplacement, proche des commerces et de la mer. On peut tout faire à pied. Un point important, un emplacement pour notre voiture surtout en pleine saison où les places de parking sont chères.Merci à Charli pour son accueil et ses petites attentions.

Un petit appartement très agréable bien que sommaire. La climatisation est très appréciable ! Il manque peut-être un peu de vaisselle et la literie n’est pas top luxe mais c’est un très bon rapport qualité prix et l’hôte est adorable. Je recommande.

Pour 2 ca va , la chambre lit double est tres petite , manque un frigo plus grand avec un petit congélateur et surtout une hotte car le grand lit est dans la piece cuisine donc pour les odeurs ce serais mieuxVeranda spacieuse, proche des commerce,s plages, herault et restaurants Terrain pratique pour garer la voiture

Super bien situé 5minutes de la plage …nous pouvons faire nos courses quotidiennes à pied

Ce petit jardinet a été un grand bol d’air pour notre chien…espace clos…gros avantage nous rentrons notre véhicule..idéal pour l’été pas très grand mais l’été on vit dehors…

studio occupe différant de celui loué.

le studio doit subir des améliorations notamment dans la salle de bain et dans la cuisine. pas de lave linge ni de lave vaisselle pas de hotte de cuisine avec éclairage et évacuation. cependant le studio était propre bien qu un peu vieillot par contre l'emplacement est proche de toute commodité , commerce, plage, restaurant et nous avons passé un agreable sejour;

Vacances en famille.

Excellent séjour dans un cadre accueillant, même notre toutoune en a bien profitée. Proche de tout commerce et à 100m de la plage. Charlie est un hôte très disponible et à l'écoute. Merci beaucoup pour ce merveilleux moment de vacances. Nous reviendrons.

Situation idéale

Logement très bien situé dans une rue calme mais très proche de toute les animations, commerces et la plage. On peut laisser la voiture sur place. Parking privatif (avec un long vehicule, il faut savoir manœuvrer). Petit point negatif : les finitions pourraient être améliorées.

Grau-d’Agde

Logement dangereux : dans la douche, faïences et non carrelage au sol ( très glissant) Sortie de de douche avec une marche de 22 cm de haut et le passage étroit de 42 cm. La climatisation ne fonctionne pas. Multiprise dans la cuisine pour alimenter plusieurs appareils. Une véranda agréable sauf le revêtement plancher flottant très mal ajusté pour le tenir, il y a des vis à placoplatre et les têtes de vis ne sont pas entrées qui donnent une possibilité de s’accrocher les pieds. Et le bac à douche et à voir. Maison du mauvais bricoleur.

Cela fait 10 ans que je loue cet appartement,10 ans que des handicapés y viennent car,ils peuvent tourner à l'intérieur de cette grande salle de bains avec leur fauteuil roulant et ,peuvent se garer devant l'appartement avec leur voiture et bénéficier de draps, comme à l'hôtel. Si les dernières modifications ne leurs conviennent pas,elles seront changées. Mais ici ce n'est pas un hôpital non plus.La clim est neuve et fonctionne très bien quand on ne sait pas s'en servir,on appelle, c'est la moindre des choses.Si l'appartement ne convient pas, c'est simple, je rembourse ou en donne un autre.Il suffit de parler ! Appellez je viens aussitôt.Je suis entouré d'hôtels,on peut loger à côté, chez eux, sans problèmes, mais on n'attends pas que le séjour soit terminé, pour critiquer. C'est de la mauvaise foi et de la malveillance.

Appartement très bien placé ( petites commerces à 100m ). Propriétaire sympathique et disponible

Appartement du dessus très bruyant, surtout quand les résidents traînent chaises et table sur du carrelage ! Des tampons seraient nécessaires sous les pieds.. 4 jours de gâchés. Appartement qui aurait besoin d'un lifting mais opérationnel pour quelques jours.

Ce n'est pas du tout le studio qui a été occupé, le studio n'a pas d'appartement au dessus.Si des locataires font du bruit il faut le dire et j'interviens. C'est un T3 avec ses deux chambres que j'ai offert, pour faire plaisir, pour que les vacanciers bénéficient de plus de place sans aucun frais supplémentaires. Je n'en suis pas remercié. Charli
