This was a great place for our family! It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed! We appreciated not having to buy paper products, trash bags, etc! Mike, the host was available for any questions and super helpful! We enjoyed our stay!

Family vacation

The home was a great house and property located near everything we were trying to do in obx. The home itself is peaceful and quiet with a beautiful view of the sound. The house came with more amenities than we were expecting which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The community pool and beach are a must go to very well maintained!

Excellent house with an attentive host! The attention to details made the difference. Michael made sure all of our needs were met even texting after our first night to make sure everything was going well. Communicated quickly to all questions asked. House was clean and well stocked wirh everything we needed for a beach getaway!

Great Property

Wonderful home. The owner, Mike, met us personally upon arrival and offered to answer any questions we might have had. Once we got settled in we noticed the extras amenities such as extra razors, toothbrushes, etc... a nice touch. The property appeared to have been recently remodeled and the finishes throughout were modern and up-to-date. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood which was an easy 5-7 minute drive to the beach. We'd definitely stay there again.

My family stayed here for 5 days in August. It was very spacious for the 5 adults and 4 children. Everything was extremely clean, there was lots of extra toiletry items and every day kitchen pantry items, which was so nice and considerate. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet and the kids loved the pool. The beach was a 10ish minute drive. The outside grounds were wonderful and we all enjoyed watching the sun set every night. We did need to keep extra eyes on my 19 month old at all times because of the stairs and railing, but outside of that, it was very easy for the kids that were ages 5, 3, 2 and 19 months. The host Mike was VERY responsive and very easy to speak to!

We had a wonderful weekend! The house was beautiful, clean, spacious and well stocked. The host was very kind, checked in to make sure all was well, and was very attentive to details on making our stay fantastic! We spent time on the porches, cooked on the grill, fished off the pier, swam in the canal, and played foosball. Beautiful area and beautiful home. Already trying to figure out how to come again next year. Thank you for sharing!
