Take a break and unwind at this peaceful waterfront oasis! Enjoy this beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 full bath canal front home (84 feet of frontage) on the mouth of the Colington Harbour entrance with AMAZING sunset views! Enjoy the community access to the sound-front pool, park, beach and only 4.7 mile to the Kill Devil Hills beach on the Atlantic Ocean. You are centrally located to be able to take advantage of easy access to all the OBX has to offer while you live like a local! BONUS - Dog Friendly!

**PET POLICY** We welcome dogs with prior host approval. Dogs are the only pets allowed, and a maximum of one dog is permitted per reservation. Please contact the host immediately upon booking and provide your dog's breed and size for approval. Due to the close proximity to other guests, aggressive breeds are not permitted on the property. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when outside of the room, and owners are responsible for picking up and disposing of all dog waste in the outside trash bins. Please keep dogs off all beds and furniture. Additional cleaning required for pet hair, stains, odors, or other pet-related messes on bedding or furnishings may result in an extra cleaning charge. Thank you for helping us keep this home pet-friendly and people-ready!

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Leave in a pile in hamper or bathroom. Start a load of towels if you would like - not a request! Leave beds alone - do not strip!

Remove all trash from house (kitchen, bathroom, etc) place in dumpster outside of house. Make sure all dishes are clean, dry and put away. 

Turn all lights off. Set AC to 74 in summer and Heat to 68 in the winter at departure. Lock all doors & windows at your departure. If a key was used please put it back in lockbox.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please include all guest names/ages and the purpose of your stay. Detailed house rules will be sent after booking. Questions? Ask your host!

This home is on a cul-de-sac peninsula on the harbor with amazing sunset views. Live like a local. My family went to Ocean Bay reach area evey morning for sunrise and sunst at Jockey's Ridge or back at the in the evening. This home is conveniently located. Gia's communication throughout our stay was awesome. The arcade games in the basement were added fun. We truly enjoyed just sitting outside on the deck or dock and soaking up the view. Our family was only there for three nights and we all wished it was longer, we will be back!

Our stay was so enjoyable! The view was amazing watching boats coming in and out of the inlet. The game room kept the whole family entertained. If you love sitting outside on the water and watching the sunset, this is your spot!

It worked great for three generations (a grandparent, two parents, a 14 y.o. & a 10 y.o..)!The sunsets are beautiful, and there are gates on the porch in case you have dogs.Hammock chairs were a big hit - well positioned to see the sunset - as was the game room downstairs. Inside is arranged nicely, cozy and spacious at the same time. My kids even played together (see ages above) in the Jack & Jill bedrooms.We had no problems accessing the pool, and even managed to go to the pool early and then the ocean later.The host was easy to contact, very responsive, and patient with a traveler out of their element.Highly Reccomend!

We had a great time at this house, the pictures are exactly what the property looks like in person. The place was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! We brought out little doggie and she loved it as well! I will say the one note I have is that all of the surfaces and sitting areas on the decks were covered in cobwebs so I just suggest wiping the areas down with a wet rag before sitting down. Being water front was so nice and so peaceful!The kitchen is also insanely well stocked with the kitchen utensils. I was very pleasantly surprised! We would definitely book again!!
