Our family of four and my brother absolutely loved staying here. The interior space was recently renovated, or had been very well maintained. Either way, it was the perfect amount of space for us to call home base to explore the beautiful beaches and surf of RI. It’s also walkable to the downtown Westfield area, and there are some really good eats nearby. Will definitely stay here again!

The property was very clean and well equipped for everything one would need for a Rhode Island vacation. Excellent location, walkable to Wakefield and close to many attractions and locations in and around Newport, Providence, Block Island, etc. Property manager / owner was very responsive when we had questions and check-in was very simple. We highly recommend for families and couples looking to explore the coast of RI.

We've stayed here before, and hope to do so again! Well-appointed and comfortable house in an excellent location. I especially appreciated the owner's and local host's accessibility and helpfulness.

Property was located within walking distance to so many great restaurants, bars, and shops. Just a quick drive to URI campus and we even walked to the beach (not close). Gene was a great host who went above and beyond with some of our needs; we were dropping off our freshman and had a ton of packages delivered bc our car was too packed to drive up with everything. Gene helped make it a smooth transition. Will stay here again when we visit.

Beach Trip!

Had the best girls trip stay here! This house was in a perfect location walking distance right into town and with quick rides to Narragansett and Newport. The house is a great size with plenty of room and was stocked with everything you need especially for a beach day. Gene was a great host who was very attentive and thoughtful. Definitely would recommend this spot and stay here again!!

What a perfect property! The house was newly renovated with what is clearly lots of love and careful consideration for guests. The home itself is located in Wakefield, an adorable small town in easy walking distance (highly recommend happy hour at St. Charbel, dinner at Purslane, and ice cream at Brickley’s). The property owner was very polite and easy to reach. My 6 and 9 year old loved playing soccer in the backyard. We would absolutely rebook for future visits.
