Hi, my name is Julie and my husband is Robin. We live in close proximity to the
Cottage and both enjoy gardening and walking in the countryside. We value our privacy and would ask that you respect this by not entering the adjacent property on the east side of the cottage. However you are most welcome to wander around the section where the cottage is located and enjoy the trees and pond area. On occasion you may hear whistling frog's which we have established in the pond and you may even spot a tadpole or two!

We love living in Rotherham village. We enjoy the relaxed lifestyle and countryside.
Our gardens are special to us and the reason we came to live in this area.

What makes this property unique

We hope you enjoy the relaxed and easy environment of the area. The perfect place to stay and or to take day trips to many of the special places close by. With Hanmer Springs, Mt Lyford, Cheviot, Gore Bay and Kaikoura all within easy driving distances it makes a good place to go and enjoy day trips from.
