My name is Snow, and I manage the reservations for the Mahayana Tulum property where this villa is located. I’ve been connected to this property for more than 20 years, and it holds a very special place in my heart. As a family, we have walked this stretch of beach and played in the sea through the seasons of our lives. My own children — now 19 and 22 — have been swimming in these warm Caribbean waters and digging their toes into this soft white sand since they were babies, and they still love it.
What I love most is the stunning natural beauty and the simplicity of Tulum. It truly is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world — peaceful, soulful, and deeply restorative.
When I’m not on the beach, I live in British Columbia, Canada with my family, where we spend our time outdoors surrounded by mountains, lakes, and forest.

This is my absolute favourite place to stay in Tulum with a group! The connection to the sea and ease and proximity to explore the best restaurants and boutiques in the area is a rare find in Tulum. The creative style and design of Casa de las Palmas will be sure to capture your heart.
What makes this property unique
I truly love the location of this property. It feels safe, welcoming, and beautifully connected to the heart of the Tulum beach zone — close enough to walk to wonderful restaurants like Hartwood and Arca, yet still offering an authentic, relaxed atmosphere.
The sand here is incredibly soft and white, and the Caribbean Sea is warm and inviting year-round. It’s perfect for boogie boarding, body surfing, kayaking, or simply swimming in the gentle turquoise waves.
