Bright and welcoming, this riverside home is arranged across two levels and designed to make the most of its waterfront setting.
Upstairs, the main living and dining area forms the heart of the home, filled with natural light and framed by river views. Sliding doors open onto a spacious balcony, setting the scene for BBQ dinners and relaxed evenings as the sun dips over the water. The kitchen sits seamlessly within this open-plan space, offering generous bench space and everything needed to prepare shared meals with ease. The dining table converts into a pool table, adding a playful touch for family nights in.
Three bedrooms are located upstairs. The primary bedroom is styled as a calm retreat with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the additional bedrooms provide a queen bed and two sets of bunk beds. Downstairs, a second lounge offers valuable flexibility, paired with a kitchenette that suits casual snacks or drinks. The fourth bedroom with a king bed and an additional bathroom is also located on this level, creating a private zone that works well for grandparents or older children seeking their own space.
Outside, the riverfront setting truly shines. A private jetty allows you to start the day with the water at your feet, cast a line, launch the kayaks or moor your boat after time on the river. The fully fenced backyard features a trampoline and open lawn, perfect for kids’ play, backyard games, and relaxed afternoons outdoors.
Parking is provided on the driveway.
The property runs exclusively on rainwater. Accurate guest numbers are essential to ensure supply is managed for your stay.One well-behaved dog is welcome with approval. $75 pet fee applies.A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee—please let us know at the time of booking if you require either.
Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions. Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.

Great location nice and clean and exactly as described, massive well kept back yard for the kids to play with fenced off private jetty for the boat, pool table was a hit with everyone such a great place to share the weekend with friends and family. Easy to deal with hosts highly recommended.
Great location -we love the riverfront access for water-skiing, canoeing, sailing and stand-up paddle boarding. The property is well maintained and presented with lots of little extras including coffee pods, spices, pool table which makes the stay extra enjoyable. We would definitely stay again. Thank you

Great yard for pets, just needs Netflix/Foxtel for nights you're inside escaping the mozzies!
Nice balcony to sit and relax. As pool table was also the dining table, it was a little awkward to eat a meal at. Large kitchen with everything we needed.
We all had a great stay, plenty of room for our family and kitchen was supplied with all you would need to have a easy stay. We would have liked to have been warned about 5min maximum showers before booking. I get we haven't had much rain of late however when you pay to stay somewhere the owners should allow for that. Window screens need to be cleaned.
Hindmarsh Island is our family’s favourite place to relax and this property gave us LOTS of opportunity to do that! It was very clean, comfortable and every need has been thought of! The kitchen had everything you could need just bring your own food!
The highlight was the ability to sit on the property’s own jetty at the end of the day as the sun was setting. We will be back for sure!
