The residence:<br>Pleasant maisonette of 40m², renovated to new, 500 m from the beach, with heated outdoor swimming pool (from June to September), which consists of:<br>• On the ground floor:<br>- a veranda.<br>- a storage room with a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner and a baby cot (travel cot).<br>- a living room with a bz (= possibility of double sleeping), a storage unit, an extendable table and chairs, a fitted kitchen with hob, a microwave oven, a Tassimo espresso coffee maker, a toaster, a blender and a dishwasher.<br>- a bathroom with a shower, a sink and toilets.<br>• Upstairs:<br>- A first bedroom with a double bed and a chest of drawers.<br>- A second bedroom with a double bed (= BZ) and a 90 bunk bed (= single bed).<br><br>- Enclosed garden of 40 m² with a stone barbecue, a terrace with garden furniture and clothesline. An outdoor solar shower to rinse off after the beach or pool. <br>- A numbered parking space is at your disposal.<br>- Free access to the outdoor heated swimming pool of the condominium (open seasonally from June to September).<br>- Internet (fibre).<br><br>Please note:<br>- Accommodation for 5 people (if necessary there is a BZ in the living room that can be used but ONLY as an extra bed, to help out, for 2 additional people).<br>- Bed linen and towels not provided (provided with an extra charge on request)<br>- Departure cleaning to be carried out by the tenant (or cleaning fee of 50€).<br><br>Namely:<br>- Pets are allowed.<br>- Deposit of €250.<br><br>Options:<br>- Departure cleaning: possibility to book a cleaning package of €50.<br>Bed linen can be rented.<br><br>Leisure activities on site and nearby:<br>- Free access to the heated outdoor swimming pool (from June to September).<br>- Nearest beach at 500 m (and several other beaches nearby).<br>- Numerous hiking trails.<br>- Surf school, a skate park, parachute jumping, jet-ski rentals, towed buoys, paddles, kayaks...
