Situated 4km from the picturesque town & beaches of Menton “The Pearl of France” & on the French/Italian border, head East for day trips to Italian market towns of Ventimiglia & San Remo or West for Monaco, Cannes & St.Tropez.

Bedroom 1:
The Primary Suite, air-conditioned with an en-suite bathroom & large walk in shower. For up to 3 guests (child’s bed or cot added upon request). East facing private balcony.

Bedroom 2:
For 2 guests, air-conditioned with en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor. East facing terrace & garden access.

Bedroom 3:
For 2 guests, one double bed, or two single beds upon request. Ground floor. Air-conditioned with en-suite bathroom & large walk-in shower.

Access:
The Villa is accessed via an old, bumpy Olive Farm track & NOT suitable for vehicles with low ground clearance or inexperienced drivers.

Parking:
There is ample parking at Villa Monti on site for 4-5 cars.

Great villa

Had a great time in Villa Monti. Rhiannon will welcome you to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The house has a wonderful kitchen with all amenities and more. The outdoor living room is absolutely charming. You can enjoy the very nice view and the swimming pool. Road access is a little tricky but this is the price for quietness.

Most beautiful stay

After a somewhat difficult arrival over a bumpy road in my traveller bus, we were amazed by the spacious, clean, extraordinary well equipped villa. We enjoy breakfast in the sun outside in mid February. The views are spectacular and our dog Alessa had fun running around the plateau, communicating with her 4 legend pals at a distance. Unfortunately it was winter, so we couldn't go into the tempting pool. All in all, we spent a great time at villa monti!

What an amazing villa!

Ordinarily we wouldn’t write a review, however, this Villa was so outstanding we just had to. Right from the booking stage communication with Rhiannon was fantastic. Rhiannon couldn’t have been anymore helpful and kind. This on top of a very well equipped, private and beautiful villa just equalled a wonderful and trouble free holiday. Particularly enjoyed the outside space including the large pool and covered outdoor seating/bar area for socialising in the evening. Just perfect!

Very special place

The villa was gorgeous and very well equipped. Communication with Rhiannon was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. We had issues with the windy road, especially with the steep drops although we were told that improvements were planned. Definitely not for the nervous driver.

Thank you for taking the time to review Villa Monti Lynda, Villa Monti offers outstanding Mountain Views of the Alps all the way down to the sea and as she sits on a plateau on the side of a mountain she is 180 metres above sea level - which also gives a lovely cooling sea breeze even on the hottest days.

Amazing Oasis in Menton

This villa was perfect for our family vacation! It was tucked away in the mountains but still close enough to jet down to the beach and to the neighboring towns. The views were absolutely stunning and we enjoyed many pool days and meals outside. The house was in great condition and had most of the things we needed. If anything was missing or not working, the amazing host Rhiannon was quick to respond and fix the issue. She also provided wonderful local recommendations and stocked key items at the house before our arrival to make our stay more comfortable - she was the best part of the entire experience! A few things to note; there were some bugs so I would suggest burning Citronella at night - which they have onsite. Also, you definitely need a car if you are staying here, you cannot walk anywhere. Also, as noted in the description and reviews, the road is very rough and windy, but you do get used to it. Lastly, they have a washer and dryer but the dryer doesn't dry the clothes all the way so you have to hang on a rack outside, which is fine in the summer when it's hot. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will be back. It's the perfect place for families and friends to come together and connect, with beautiful amenities and surroundings. Highly recommend!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft… Entspannung pur

Wir haben die Woche in der Villa in schöner Hanglage über Menton sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Außenwohnbereich mit TV hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Mit der schlecht asphaltierten und kurvigen Zufahrt hatten wir ein wenig zu kämpfen, da unser Ford Nugget nicht so wendig ist. Ist sonst aber zu bewältigen. Rhiannon ist eine sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Verwalterin. Sie hat uns herzlich empfangen und war jederzeit für uns erreichbar.

Entspannung pur

Wir haben einen der schönsten Urlaube überhaupt verlebt. Das Haus hat uns vom 1. Moment an begeistert. Es ist wunderschön eingerichtet, super ausgestattet und viel geräumiger, als wir es nach den Bildern erwartet hatten- das gilt auch für den Pool! Die enge und teilweise nicht asphaltierte Zufahrt zum Haus hat uns bei der Ankunft im Dunkeln erschreckt, bei Tageslicht hat sich das jedoch relativiert.Rhianonn ist die liebenswürdigste und hilfsbereiteste Verwalterin, die wir in 30 Jahren erlebt haben! Wir kommen sicherlich gerne nochmal!
