Unwind with hot tub, board games or a movie on those rainy days. Take in the sunrise with cup in hand or stretch, then fire up the BBQ with a full-width griddle option for breakfast.
Feeling like a night out? Head to Wheatley or Leamington for a meal. Taxis available for hassle-free celebrations!

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-Return indoor/outdoor furniture to their locations. -Stack colourful lawn chairs on top of logs. -Put lawn games away -1 cap full of Boost in tub if it hasn't been added for the day already.
-last load of dishes can be left running without an extra cleaning charge. -Wash and return all dishes to cabinets.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
-No access to sheds -No driving on grass. Pipes can break -No food/glass in hot tub. $350 charge for water replacement

Fantastic place! Absolutely wonderful stay. Lovely sitting on the upper deck by the water with my morning coffee or happy hour cocktail. Short drive to many local attractions. Most definitely recommend staying here.

The house was a great size and could accommodate three couples or a large family comfortably. There were lots of spaces to hang out. The hot tub was great and clean! I would recommend not coming at the end of May, as the midges were everywhere. They don't bite but they are gross (obv not the fault of the property owners!).

We stayed here for 2 nights for a girls weekend and it was perfect. Since we are all local to the area, this spot was perfect; short drive from home but you felt like you are miles away from everything. Beautiful view of the water from almost every room in the house. The hot tub was perfect. This house had everything we needed. Would love to come back again in the warmer months

This property is just fantastic! Me and two girlfriends just left today and we already want to come back asap. The place is very clean, check in was super easy, and it seemed to have all the perks we needed. From linen, to condiments/coffee, hair dryer, flat iron, soap.....we needed nothing extra. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area. It's very private and quiet, but yet close to surrounding towns. Will definitely stay here again....hopefully before the summer is over!
