Thoughtfully designed to capture the sun, the home features a cosy front reading nook — an ideal spot to unwind with a morning coffee or a good book.

Please note, a fourth bedroom is available for an additional charge. It is detached from the main house and includes a single bed but no bathroom. Guests will need to access the main house for bathroom facilities, which is located directly next to the detached room.

With two spacious living areas and a large backyard, there’s plenty of room for families or groups to relax and enjoy. Whether you're spending your days at the beach, exploring Kiama’s coastal walks, or simply relaxing at home, this property offers comfort, space, and an unbeatable location.
