Spanning 3,000 square feet, this stunning beach house features 5 spacious bedrooms and 4 elegant bathrooms. Perfect for large families (ages 12+), groups of golfers, avid anglers, or couples seeking a secluded summer sanctuary. The home’s eco-friendly timber-block design blends seamlessly with nature, but its crowning glory is the expansive, wraparound upper deck. Accessible from two of the main bedrooms, and with stairs leading below, this deck invites guests to bask in the breathtaking ocean vistas from dawn to dusk.

Cape Traverse is conveniently situated between Charlottetown (35 minutes away) and Summerside (24 minutes), just a short 10-minute drive from the Confederation Bridge. Also nearby is the charming Victoria-by-the-Sea, a picturesque fishing village and home to the historic OH Victoria Hotel.

Other Things to Note:
Included with your stay: 4 mountain bikes, a BBQ & lobster boiler, fishing rods and gear, pickleball equipment and practice area, a fire table, portable beach chairs, a beachside fire pit, and plenty of Muskoka chairs for relaxation. The beach is an ideal spot for sea glass hunting or fishing for striped bass. Guests can even reel in their own dinner—expect 10-15 pound stripers at high tide, May through October! This is a beautiful house and property. It is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend it for couples or families looking for a prime location on the beach. It had everything we needed for cooking. We would definitely return.

The house and property were amazing! There was lots of space to accommodate our large family. It was beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless. Amazing property

The home was immaculate and even more beautiful than the photos. It was such a relaxing, fun sanctuary for our family to stay while we explored the area. Great waking up to a pod of seals bobbing 100 yards offshore. The family loved exploring the beaches. Greg was very responsive to our questions. Highly recommended.
