We were in town for dinner at Pearl Morissette and as luck would have it were caught in torrential flooding, a tornado warning on the way in, and a state of emergency as roads were washed away. Our dinner was divine but we had no time spent in the rental as we were flooded out and had to evacuate the area at midnight! Sophia did all that she could to help us, to retrieve our things, to assist with our next steps in the middle of the night. She was kind and we wish her the best with the place going forward!

We had a comfortable stay. The location is close to the restaurant we went to therefore there wasn't much driving after a night with amazing local wines!

The perfect location for our dinner at Pearl Morrisette. Sophia was a lovely host and being on the vineyard was beautiful. The farm animals and dog was a great addition to the vibe. Thank you!

We loved our stay at the Barnhouse. Nice little apartment and very peaceful location. The host was delightful and very helpful with information about the area. Also gift us fresh eggs and peaches.

One confusing issue was the check in time. The expedia e-mails say checkin & out times as 3:00 & 11:00 but the host advised it was 6:00 & 12:00. Sophia was great at comunicating with us and did move the checkin time up for us. When we arrived everything went smooth. The instructions were very clear and easy. Host may want to cosider 3:00 checkin time to align with hotels so it dosn't conflict with usual dinner reservations. The rooms and property were clean and beautiful in a quiet scenic area. The only problem was every hour the water pump went off all night long, and because it was beside the bedroom it woke us up every time with a loud buzzing. Next morning had a nice chat with the owner of the property, great guy and really friendly. I mentioned the pump and he said the line had a leak and he had to get around to fixing it. This really needs immediate attention before more guests come in. I would highly recommend staying at this property and would assume the pump noise would be not be an issue in the future. Don

Beautiful, serene spot tucked in amongst the grapes. The property was clean, well appointed, and it was ideally located for our stay after an event at a local vineyard.
