This was one of the best homes I've ever stayed at. Check-in was seamless. The house was cool upon arrival in very hot Wilmington. Pretty much any amenity you could need was there. It was nice to not have to worry about linens or toiletry items. We never ran out of hot water in a home of 8 adults showering. The pantry was stocked with pretty much any appliance you would need. The king bed I slept in was very comfortable. They really thought of everything.

The house was a perfect home base for our time in Wilmington. Communication with the hosts was clear and prompt. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and has been nicely updated. The kitchen was stocked with every possible tool for cooking and there was plenty of room, both inside and out, to relax. We all enjoyed our stay.

The Southern Storm is a modern home beautifully decorated with a beachy vibe. the beds are very comfortable. large nice deck on the back. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping and beach. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is the sofa is super soft and slumpy and I think the check in time and check out time could be a little more flexible with out having to pay additional fees. Check in at 4:pm more than half your day is gone. Check out is at 10 am really early could be 11 am or noon then I would definitely rate 10 stars. However communication was great... all the information needed upon arrival was sent in advance. I really enjoyed have multiple bathrooms, almost one for every bedroom. It's a beautiful home. I highly recommend it. I plan to return at some point. CP
