This was my third stay at this lovely home. We love being able to walk down to the boardwalk, the nearby playground and downtown. A beautiful area with so many historic homes. Karen is a lovely host and we hope to be able to come and stay again!

Lisa, we are lucky to have such a wonderful repeat guest !! Thank you for your kind words , and you are always welcome to stay at our house : your home away from home :).
The house was beautiful, comfortable, well stocked and in a perfect location. It’s in walking distance to the Riverwalk and to Hidden Grounds. The front porch had an awesome sectional couch that was perfect for having our afternoon coffee. Our stay unfortunately was cut short due to bad storms but we will totally be back and staying here again :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Within walking distance to Downtown and the River Walk and an easy 15-minute drive to Wrightsville Beach, the location cannot be beat. Parking was never an issue, check in was simple and efficient and Karen always responds quickly to any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for us. Close to the riverwalk, good food. Very clean and had everything we needed. It was a plus that they provided beach towels too!
Fantastic home in a safe area. Family enjoyed: Walking to the local spots. Riding our bikes to new places. Coffee on the great front porch. Wine on the screened in back sunroom. No complaints!
Home was super clean and very well stocked. Location is fantastic. We were in town for family wedding and were able to walk to everything. Property owner extremely responsive and helpful!
My partner and I had a wonderful stay in this lovely, historic home. The neighborhood was quiet yet close to the Riverwalk and felt very safe. I wholeheartedly recommend this property! Thank you.
We loved this home! It was the perfect location and everything was within walking distance. The beds were super comfy and the front porch was a delight! What a cozy little home and we will return again soon!
Great three days in Wilmington, place is in the historic district five minutes from the waterfront. Went kayaking in the Three Sisters Swamp with Mahaneim and that was also a great trip and new experience. Love the city!
Great location...within walking distance to downtown. Great hosts ..quick responses to all inquiries prior to arrival. Highly recommend !

The house is very cute, well appointed, super clean and in a fabulous historic district location. We had a couple of communication hiccups, but overall a good visit.
