Pretty good location to shops and restaurants, 17 was right there. Surfside Beach is a five minute drive. Situation with the AC when we checked in but management company and owner were super responsive and it was rectified quickly.

Surfside new construction

Check-in was seamless and the kitchen was very easy to function. The oven did have some residue that should probably be easily removed with a self clean.

The check in process was an absolute nightmare, when we arrived the door knob was locked so the entry code worked but we couldn’t get in. The house itself was beautifully decorated and very accommodating, the beds are a little hard and uncomfortable and there weren’t enough linens to go around but we made it work. We cooked in several nights and there wasn’t near enough pans to accommodate cooking a full meal but we also made that work! Overall it was a pleasant stay! Note that this is not within walking distance to the beach you will have to drive and pay to park! One recommendation I have is to turn the AC on prior to occupants arrival as it was 85 degrees in the home when we got there and it took hours to cool down!
