Home Away from Home -Ram Sea 406 is a SILVER rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf front vacation rental located in N. Redington Beach. This spacious 4th-floor condo is comfortably decorated and has a private Gulf front balcony with a direct view of our beautiful sugar sand beach. 406 features a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Free wireless internet access. Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and both bedrooms. Telephone with free local calls also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king in the master bedroom and 2 queen beds in the second bedroom. Central heat and air conditioning and ceiling fans. Coin-operated laundry located on same floor. Maximum occupancy: 6. No smoking. No pets. Comes with two parking spaces. Saturday arrivals only, in peak seasons.

The condo was awesome! We needed a 2 bedroom that could accommodate my daughter and her two best friends, and this condo had 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom. The water is so close to the condo that you can hear the waves breaking inside! It would have been nice to have the master facing the gulf, but we wouldn't have kept the doors open all night anyway! Condo was stocked with everything you need, tho no paper towels or kleenix, so if you use those, bring them. The only negative was the master bathroom was very small, and the "public" bathroom. Otherwise we had a great time! The condo is in a great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pam went above and beyond to get us booked.
