Home away from home- Vacation Rental 414- (Silver Rated) is a Gulf Front, fourth-floor corner condo with fabulous panoramic beach view. Living room and master bedroom both have a private Gulf front balcony directly overlooking the beach. Newly furnished living room, with leather couch, love seat and recliner. Kitchen includes granite countertops, newer cabinets and stainless-steel appliances. Countertop has been extended with overhang and bar stools for cozy gatherings. Three bedrooms includes a King bed in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, and one queen bed in the 3rd bedroom. Both bathrooms are updated and are designer baths with double vanity sinks and with comfort height toilets in each. Master bath offers walk-in shower and there is a shower tub combo in the 2nd bathroom. Vacation Rental 414 is spacious, light and airy. Flat panel televisions mounted in living room and all 3 bedrooms. Washer/Dryer in condo. Free wireless internet access. Telephone with free local calls. Occupancy is max 8 people. 2 Parking spaces. Owner requests no smoking.
