Great place! It was just my husband and me. We had the whole place to ourselves and we enjoyed the amenities and the views. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely visit again.

Awesome stay! Having use of beach chairs, coolers, etc. was a huge plus. The secluded outside sitting area for coffee in the morning and cocktails at night was also fantastic.

This was our first stay at Riley's and had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and updated. The amenities were abundant and the host was very responsive. We used the trolley which stopped right outside the place and the beach was right across the street. Thank you for ordering the great weather, Tom!

Check in was super easy! Host Tom was great with communication and very helpful! Beautiful secluded back yard on the water with lots of sitting areas and palm trees. Quiet in the back, away from traffic! Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic Get-Away Location

My wife and I visited for a long weekend to Treasure Island/St. Pete area and this property was the perfect accommodation. Woke up and had our coffee out on the dock, fished and then walked across the street to the beach access. Perfect location and very clean and updated spot. 10/10 will hope to book again for our next trip.

Every detail has been thought through in this modern convenient getaway.Located just steps from the beach with beautiful evening sunset views. Enjoy morning, sunrise views from the bayside dock. Cozy, clean and private.

We really enjoyed our stay at Riley’s Retreat! It has the best of both worlds with the beautiful beach access directly across the street to the incredible backyard oasis on the intracoastal waterway. The unit was clean, quiet and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Riley’s Retreat is Amazing

This is an absolutely magnificent place to stay. It beats all of the condos and big name luxury resorts by a mile. You have your own private oasis with everything at your finger tips. Tom has made this a true relaxation destination. Will be back for sure

Riley's Retreat is awesome. So many things stand out as being great, but our favorites were: the backyard area. It's private and so well-appointed, especially the outdoor kitchen. It was hard to even leave the property because it's such a great spot. The next highlight was the proximity to the beach- it's a short walk across the street to public beach access. Couldn't have been easier. Finally, the fact that they have beach chairs and other items for you to borrow is really helpful. We did not have to purchase anything or try to pack chairs in our suitcases. An overall awesome property and we would stay here again.
