Lots of room for all our guests! Clean and comfortable. Walking distance to coffee, restaurants, beach and bars. Easy check-in and check-out process and prompt replies.

Beautiful large home. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms to spread out for large families. Pool was not heated nor filtering for first 3 days we were there which was disappointing. Good communication with Property Mgmt, but some lack of actual assistance.

Very nice house, clean and exactly what you see on the pictures.Just a few minutes walk to the beach.Good responses after calling the management - but no replies on the VRBO messaging. They came to change the propane cans that were empty within the hour we called. Same for the pool towels - 9 missing at first for our part of 13 but this was corrected before we get to the beach.Well equipped kitchen - just short of dish washer pads and bin liners - only a couple of each, far below the needs for a party of 13 for 4 days… this is a small thing but that makes the kind of differences between the perfect start and a good stay.

Sorry for the delay in Vrbo messaging — we normally monitor both phone and messages, but we’ll improve our Vrbo response time so important requests aren’t missed. I’m glad our team was able to replace the propane and correct the missing pool towels quickly. We will make sure to check that the propane is full for all guests at arrival , we apologize for missing this ! I n the Guest Portal , that we send to all our Guests it does list what is included in the starter kit , I apologize that you did not see that.
