Great place

Lots of space, good amenities. Easy access to beach, beautiful pool, nice outdoor seating area. Perfect for large families.

Difficult to rate - stay was cancelled 24hrs prior to arrival due to electrical issues

Kokomo is perfect!

The separate units in one was awesome to seaparate the kids at night- having two kitchens and two sets of washers/dryers was very useful. the shallow end of the pool was an added bonus for the little kids who could not yet swim, and we had fun letting the kids learn to fish off the pier. Trash pick up for the previous renters was an issue in that the dumpsters were already overflowing when we arrived but we recycled like champs and were able to get it all taken care of- we just should not have had to and hopefully they have a consequence for that. The beach walk was close and fun with ice cream stops along the way. We plan to return.
