Quaint and comfortable low set timber home on large corner block with single undercover parking, 2- or 3-bedroom option (queen), large living area, kitchen, laundry. 2-bedroom option (queen and 2 x king singles) enjoys 1 full bathroom and extra powder room. 3-bedroom option has additional ensuite and opens onto a large private deck with views over the bay.

Carpeted living and bedrooms, the living area is stylishly presented and opens onto an expansive renovated deck with beautiful views of Spring Bay. The deck has a 4-burner BBQ and 8 seat outdoor dining setting.

The open-plan lounge/dining area offers 2 x 3-seater comfortable couches, 75" smart TV with sound bar, 8-seater dining room table, bar fridge and Bluetooth speaker with charging station.

The renovated kitchen is equipped with stove/oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso pod machine, toaster and kettle, sandwich press, slow cooker etc. Crockery, cutlery, cookware and glassware to ensure for your catering needs.

Renovated laundry with washer, dryer, drying rack, stick vac and other cleaning equipment for your convenience.

I live in Queensland for most of the year. I enjoy travelling especially to my little piece of paradise in Triabunna.

Why they chose this property

Triabunna is a peaceful seaside town that has the Maria Island ferry terminal accessing pristine wilderness - trekking, camping, wildlife and convict history. There are wineries and distilleries nearby and has all the conveniences including IGA grocery store, cafes, pharmacy and an op shop.

What makes this property unique

The recent renovation included the main bathroom/toilet as well as added an ensuite to the 3rd bedroom and a powder room - 2.5 bathrooms! Not available elsewhere in Triabunna. The 3rd bedroom has lux fittings and opens on to a private deck overlooking Spring Bay. The main deck has also been renovated encapsulating the views over the Bay with the glass balustrading. I delight to behold at sunset with a glass in hand. The exterior painted and reroofed with a modern colour palette. It is still fully fenced with plenty of parking off street. Come and enjoy this transformation of my little piece of paradise and base yourself here to explore the east coast of Tasmania.
