I have stayed in this property twice now and it is very comfortable and clean with everything you need. A 2 minute stroll to the beach, and coffee shop and IGA supermarket just down the road . And for me the important thing is it is dog friendly, with fully fenced garden.

The accommodation was in a great location with nearby shops and beach. Had one small issue with the DVD not working and confusion on Netflix only being accessible on one TV but property manager was really responsive and attended to sort it out. Kitchen had everything we could possibly need and it was an enjoyable stay

My favourite accommodation in Orford! The house offers everything anyone could wish for: so close to the beach, lovely garden with plenty of outdoor furniture, a well-equipped kitchen, cosy rooms, many entertainment options for rainy days and so much more!

This is such a great place for a beach getaway with the dogs. It was a windy few days and there was no one in sight at the beach which was minutes away from the house. A very quiet and peaceful location. Everything was incredibly comfy and clean and my two very small dogs almost disappeared in the extra large garden. Highly recommended.
