Place was clean and layout was nice. Host was communicative and responsive during our stay. We really liked that trash was picked up daily, and with 15 guests we had lots. Property is a corner condo/townhouse with a shared wall however we did not hear the neighbors. Plenty of space. Overall, great rental and stay.

Almost perfect…The tile in the showers needed a good scrubbing and some mattress covers needed washing, but other than that the house was clean. We were in town to visit Disney and choose a house so we could pack food for the parks and eat at the house before/after. We arrived late Saturday night, on Monday morning we realized everything in the freezer was cold, but completely thawed. I thought maybe someone left the door open and it was on the least cold setting, so I set it to the coldest temperature and left for the day. By the time we got home Monday evening, nothing changed so I messaged the team and they said they’d have someone out Tuesday to look at it. By Wednesday morning nothing was frozen. I messaged again and they said someone was authorized to come that day. No reply when I stated that they were supposed to come yesterday (Tuesday). Wednesday someone came and replaced a filter which didn't fix anything, so that evening I messaged again stating it still wasn't working. They asked if it was set to the lowest temperature...and that was it. They said OK. They never came back to fix it!!! Their only solution was to put our ice packs in the refrigerator or a cooler of ice...which obviously is not going to FREEZE ice packs and work to keep sandwiches cold all morning while outside in Florida. I did try...but ended up having to buy food at the park. So the money I saved on the cheaper house was spent on eating out...Not worth it.
