Lotus is currently undergoing a considered renovation and landscape update. The property will reopen for the summer holidays with new landscaping, a magnesium pool, a full-spectrum infrared sauna and refreshed indoor and outdoor living spaces.

Lotus on Lawson is an architecturally designed private coastal property directly opposite Main Beach in the heart of Byron Bay. With four ensuite bedrooms across separate pods, generous indoor–outdoor living, landscaped gardens, a magnesium pool and a full-spectrum infrared sauna, it is designed for families and groups to spend time together while retaining their own space.

THE SPACE
Lotus is a private four-bedroom property positioned opposite Main Beach and within 500m of Byron Bay’s town centre, restaurants, shops and coastal walks.

The property has a distinctive pod-style layout. Two bedrooms are located in the main house, with two additional bedroom suites in separate garden pods. All four bedrooms have their own ensuite and access to private or shared outdoor areas, giving guests space and privacy while keeping everyone connected.

The main house includes an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area that opens directly onto the garden. The kitchen and entertaining spaces are fully equipped for shared meals and relaxed evenings at home.

Outside, guests have exclusive use of the landscaped gardens, magnesium pool, full-spectrum infrared sauna and outdoor entertaining areas. The beach is directly opposite, while Wategos, the Cape Byron Lighthouse walk and the centre of town are all walking distance.

Bedrooms are prepared with CULTIVER European flax linen, and bathrooms include SALUS Australian-made botanical products. The house also includes Robert Gordon crockery and carefully selected furnishings and household essentials.

Lotus is best suited to families, couples and groups looking for the privacy and independence of a complete home in a central Byron Bay location.
