We found the property to be in good shape. Most of the rentals in the area are similar but getting very hard to find. We had issues with the TV and not being able to get local Reno or Sacramento news, could defiantly use a cheat sheet. Kitchen was well supplied with cookware and utensils. The contact representing the host was lovely and very helpful. We have already booked for next year. .

Good communication throughout the process. Host allowed us an early check in. Very clean. Great location. If you plan to cook/BBQ bring what you need, condiments etc. Keurig coffee with lots of pods provided. Lots of kitchen utensils/pans etc.

We enjoyed our time in Whitehawk Ranch! The accommodations were wonderful and home is well equipped. The property manager Kelly was incredibly responsive to our needs.

The Property itself was Excellent, very clean & well stocked, all as represented. Owner was Excellent. The Problem was with the Evolve Rep failed communication after arrival. There was neighbor’s huge, full double-dumpster partially blocking our driveway & access to our garage. Despite our nearly daily texts to Evolve Rep, we never received any response at all. Dumpster remained blocking the whole time until 9/28, the day before leaving. The Evolve Rep never responded. We have photos of this issue we can provide. Everything about this property itself and its owner was “Excellent” though. Evolve Rep communication was rated “Poor”. However, we would definitely stay at this property itself again.

Beautiful property with large rooms and spacious kitchen/living room. Very clean. View from the deck was absolutely gorgeous! We loved the peaceful, quiet evenings under the stars. It was great having golf facilities and the pickle ball / tennis courts / pool nearby. Would definitely visit again!
