We had our grandma’s 90th birthday celebration. The house was close to everything, including our gathering spot. One of our kids flew in and it was very easy and direct to get to the airport and back. Will happily recommend this house to anyone.

Perfect for what we needed as our own home was undergoing some renovations and I was able to wfh with a strong internet connection. Jason is very responsive and was very accommodating to some special requests we had.

We had a couple of questions during our stay snd he was very responsive. We also loved the layout of the house. My Mom snd her sister had the upstairs; two bed rooms with a full bath and kitchen. My Sister and I had the downstairs, but it also had a kitchenette, its own living room and bathroom. We were able to all have breakfast in the morning, snd have some separation in the evening.

The property itself has a great set up especially if you have multiple guests.There were nice added extras like q-tips and cotton pads in the bathroom, a nice assortment of coffee/tea.Jason was flexible with our check out time even as a last minute request which we were thankful for. Many of dishes in the cabinets were spot stained- perhaps from dishwashing tabs but not wiped clean. Only 1 knife in the kitchen and no measuring cups which complicated meal prep a bit. It was very warm during our stay. The AC was unable to keep the house comfortable. The temperature in the house maintained at 76-78F. It wasn't until the last day when we had rain that we were able to cool it down. We ended up purchasing 3 fans for the property, all of which we ended up leaving at the property just to sleep comfortably at night.
