It also features a comfy work area with height adjustable large desk & chair, 2 large monitors, keypad & mouse: perfect for business or leisure.
Access to the much sought after Mahogany Lake can be arranged during your stay.
Conveniently located 8 minutes from South Health Campus.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove garbage bag from bin near the back door and place garbage bag in the large black bin in front of the house.
Remove compost waste bag from compost bin under the sink and place the bag in the large green bin in front of the house.
When leaving the suite finally, place the backyard door key on the kitchen worktop close to the backyard door. Exit suite through the front door Lock the door with the lock key on the door key pad.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
Any violation of the no parties/events rule may result in involvement of security/authorities, charges for all resulting damages, cleaning, or costs.
Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10:00pm, to respect our neighbors and other occupants of the property.
