We had a wonderful time at this warm lovely home. The boathouse is magnificent, such a great place to watch a storm! Many thoughtful touches by our hosts enhanced our stay. Thank you!
This was an amazing stay for us. Great new boat house - we didn't want to leave :). Lots of activities around the cottage as well - including table tennis and pool table. Niki was absolutely fantastic in terms of her quick responses and very valuable suggestions of things to do in the area. We would definitely highly recommend Nikis cottage! A true hidden gem ;).
The cottage is GORGEOUS and has everything needed to keep the whole family entertained at the lake rain or shine! Niki was a helpful and responsive host who made the rental process seamless. The location is fabulous and we would absolutely stay again!
This is a lovely property on the lake in a fantatsic location. The house is beautiful designed inside and clearly very loved by the owners.
We stayed for a long weekend in May and will definilty look to go back when it is available again.
It was quiet and long overdue vacation for us. Perfect location and beautiful lake. Great communication with the owner and she was available for any follow up questions. Great place for adults, girls get away or families.
We had a fantastic time, the cottage was prefect for our large family of 8 and nicely secluded. The views were incredible and the cottage was nicely equipped for all our needs. Nikki, the host, was amazing to deal with and made our stay every enjoyable. Saw a lot of deer and wild Turkeys
We were 4 couples who enjoyed dinners on the deck, reading on the dock, canoeing 'round the bay, cocktailing in the great room, playing ping pong in the games room and generally sleeping better than we have in months. It was a brilliant week and we were only sad in the moments we had to pack up and leave.
Beautiful cottage. We were two couples with small dog and baby and had a floor to ourselves with separate washrooms, living space and bedrooms. Fire pit was nice as was the fireplace inside. Everything felt very clean and tidy. Nice spot on the water, little ways to the dock as cottage is raised but has great view. Decks were plentiful and seating outdoors was comfortable. Had everything you would need for a week away and we all enjoyed our stay.
We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. With 7 adults there was plenty of space to either be together or find a spot for quite time. The cottage was clean and beautifully decorated with a large kitchen that was well equipped. The owner was amazing to deal with. She provided us with a lot of information prior to our arrival and an opportunity to ask questions. Any additional questions were promptly answered. I would highly recommend staying at this property. Thanks Niki.
The lady celebrating the eighth anniversary of her tenth birthday did NOT want a large party. She simply wanted her children and their spouses to join her for a relaxing weekend. This cottage was perfect! It offered plenty of space for the family, was well-equipped, has a gorgeous view and has the Muskoka ambience that we were seeking. We were not looking for an ultra-modern space-age structure, but wanted a cottage that rekindled memories of vacations in Muskoka in bygone days. This property ticked all the boxes. We would love to return here sometime in the near future.

Thank you for the kind review Doug and Sheila and happy you had. Such a nice time.
This is a gorgeous property inside and out. We especially appreciated the frequent visits by the local wildlife. There was a welcoming committee of 4 deer when I first arrived. The next morning there were 6. Each time they were spotted everyone ran to that window for pictures.
Everyone enjoyed gathering around the cozy wood stove while watching a movie on Netflix. The ping-pong table was also great fun. Grandpa ruthlessly defended his championship of Port Carling against all challengers!
The road to the cottage was very scenic with lots of hills. We found it perfect for a quiet morning walk after coffee. In the wintertime 4 wheel drive will provide a little extra security as the road is snow covered most of the time.
The home is tastefully decorated with traditional Muskoka themes, including paddles, snowshoes, and lots of deer. The large portrait of a winter buck in the upstairs living room is absolutely stunning!
We all had a wonderful time gathering our family in this beautiful home. Thank you Niki for a marvelous Muskoka winter vacation!
