About this property

Large Holiday Home, modern, large spaces. Great for families.

This place for groups whether it is two families coming together or a small group of mates ready for adventure. Relax upstairs in the lounge while the kids play down stairs in the rumpus room with games, Disney or some classic puzzles. We have a mud room so you can drop the ski or mtb gear, throw it into the drying cupboard and walk into one of three showers. Enjoy the ambience of the fireplace and relax together in a home designed for you. No large loud groups. Great for families.
The space
Upstairs we have:
1. Master Bedroom with Ensuite
2. Bedroom with 2 x KS beds
3. Bedroom with Queen Bed
4. Upstairs lounge with an Ecosa sofa bed that can be pulled out (when hosting 12 guests). The room has blinds and sheer curtains.
5. Bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity.

Downstairs we have:
6. Kitchen, dining and lounge,
7. Bathroom with bath, toilet and vanity
8. Mudroom and Laundry
9. Rumpus room with Queen bed and KS bunk beds plus couch and games, toys, puzzles and TV for the kids to hang out.
Other things to note
Council consented. Visitor management plan in place. Guests need to abide by noise and nuisance restrictions. Hoilday home located in family friendly oriented street. Courtesy required. Plenty of parking on driveway at property, so no need to block up street area.

The house was perfect for us with young kids. There is a rumpus room with toys, lots of outdoor space and the property is fenced to keep little ones in. There is also a playground down the road. The house itself was immaculate, very clean and has lots of space to spread out. The location was great, within walking distance to the hot pools, enchanted forest and rodeo. Highly recommend this property and its hosts.
