Welcome to The Sweet Suite! Enjoy a relaxing Sylvan Lake getaway in our recently updated 3-bedroom home, located in the quiet and charming cottage district. We're just a 5-minute walk to the quieter east side of Sylvan Lake, giving you easy access to the lake while providing a peaceful place to come home to.
The home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and features updated bathrooms and flooring, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space, Wi-Fi and a private balcony — perfect for morning coffee or relaxing after a day at the lake.
🚂 A LITTLE COTTAGE-DISTRICT CHARACTER
One of the unique features of our location is the train. Trains typically pass by about three times a day and can be seen from the private balcony. We think it's part of the fun and character of staying in the cottage district — sit back, relax and watch the trains go by!
🌊 ENJOY THE LAKE
The lake is just a 5-minute walk away. Enjoy swimming, beach days, walking, boating, restaurants, shops and summer activities.
We're approximately a 25-minute walk from downtown, making The Sweet Suite a great choice for guests who prefer a quieter location while still being able to enjoy everything Sylvan Lake has to offer.
🚗 FREE PARKING THROUGHOUT SYLVAN LAKE
One of our favourite perks for guests!
Provide us with your vehicle licence plate number and we'll provide information/access for free parking throughout Sylvan Lake, including Centennial Park (the main beach parking area) and downtown.
This can save you up to $40 in parking fees during your stay.
🏡 ABOUT THE PROPERTY
The Sweet Suite is the entire upper level of the home, giving you your own private living space.
There is a separate, self-contained basement suite occupied by a long-term tenant. The basement has its own private entrance and separate living space, so you are not sharing the home itself.
The backyard is a shared outdoor space. We simply ask that guests be respectful of the long-term tenant and keep noise to a minimum, particularly during quiet hours.
Guests have their own private balcony and full use of the upper-level accommodation.
🛏️ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The home has three bedrooms and is best suited to families, couples and mature groups of up to 6 guests.
There is one bathroom, so we feel the home is most comfortable for smaller groups rather than large parties.
