10/10 on everything: value, luxury level, location, hospitality. Will definitely rebook. Came down to move daughter in at UArk. The property was spacious, clean and the little things like a bowl of snacks hit it out of the park.

The location was terrific!King bed and bedroom was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Having 2 town bikes available was nice bonus. The host was quick to respond to my questions.

This is my second time stying in this Beautiful house! Beautiful detail like snacks, flowers in the paper toilet. Super fast responses to my questions, super clean house, super clear instrucción for check in and check out! I definitely will come back to this Beautiful house!

Perfect location, within walking/biking distance to everything you'd want to do or see. Beds were heavenly and kitchen equipment was quality! Host responded quickly to any inquiry. Steep stairs to bedrooms, but sturdy banister and thick carpet made it doable for elderly family members. Walked to Onyx each morning for coffee and then around the neighborhood to see the older homes. Rec center a few blocks away, though pool was closed the week we were there. Didn't use the cruiser bikes and helmets provided, but neighborhood is perfect for this if you are able to take advantage. HIGHLY recommend this location.
