Very clean and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable and great hot tub and pool table for relaxing evenings. We walked all over Bentonville from this home base. Highly recommended for a small family wanting to catch a concert at the Momentary, go visit the farmers market, or just bike around town.

Great house with lots of extra amenities. The backyard was perfect for kids and there were toys, books, pack and play, and high chair inside as well. Location is perfect! Very close to the square. We didn’t actually use the hot tub so no reviews there.

Fun and Cozy!

Even though there was an issue with hottub, the house was great! The kids lived the pool table and foosball table. Easy access to all the fun in Bentonville and Rogers! Oh, and the beds were so comfy!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back. The house was immaculate, and everything felt very clean and well cared for. The beds were comfortable, and the quiet location made it easy to get great sleep every night.One thing we especially appreciated was that the home smelled fresh and clean naturally—without heavy perfumes or overpowering air fresheners. That made a big difference for us.The outdoor space was a huge highlight. The hot tub and patio felt private and relaxing, and I personally enjoyed sitting in the hot tub every day. It was also very clean, which we really appreciated. The yard was great for both our dog and our kids to run around and play.Inside, the garage space was perfect for storing bikes, and the Nespresso machine was a hit with everyone. The location was also ideal—close enough to easily walk or bike into town, and we were able to bike to all the trails.The kids played pool every day and all said they want to come back to this VRBO the next time we visit Bentonville. That probably says it best!

Location was very convenient to downtown, and our new favorite coffee shop Heroes Coffee. There was only about 1/2 a block, after leaving the neighborhood, to get to a sidewalk. House was very cozy with great layout and well supplied including hot tub towels and two dog towels. Yard was very nice for our small dog and felt she was secure. Pool table was a big hit. Garage with bike racks a plus. Husband, the avid biker, said location was very rideable to Coler. Hope to visit again!

The house was 100% as presented on the listing. It was so perfect for our family of four plus our dog. The location is great for riding. We started from the house most days and it was easy to get downtown and to access the trails. The house was better than a house to visit; it was a house we would live in. We had all we needed for cooking several of our meals. Can’t wait to book this house again for next spring break!
