Pay no attention to poor reviews related to owner's presence on property. Sure, he lives in a unit above the VRBO unit, but he is not intrusive or even visible. But boy is he responsive! Any issue we had was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. The place was quite large and had numerous amenities. The location is fantastic - so many great places to eat in the neighborhood and very close to highways. The pool area is wonderful for kids. We needed to have the jacuzzi heated, and the owner charged us a reasonable fee. The game room is fun - just needs a little work in terms of the equipment. The kitchen had a good amount of supplies with regard to spices and K-cups...even butter and maple syrup! Again, ask the owner for anything you might need.

In overall all the house was beautiful and perfect for my family,we had two families stay at the house. I failed to read the fAQ before booking that the owner was living in site,literally on second floor so we felt we had no privacy and couldn’t enjoy the outside as much because we felt no privacy. The inside was literally just closed off by a glass on the second floor,so be mindful before booking how the owner can still see from second floor through a glass window and I as well as my family felt like the owner was watching us.he probably wasn’t but didn’t like the fact there was a glass window. It would of been perfect if owner was not in on site and felt watched but the house was beautiful
