- Immediate freeway access to US-54 to easily get around all El Paso. 10 minutes away from Ft. Bliss; 13 minutes from University Medical Center (UMC), as well as from Providence Hospital (Transmountain); and a short drive to White Sands Missile Range. El Paso’s major Shopping malls 13-15 minutes away. Painted Dunes Golf course a few minutes drive.

Pet Friendly - Our home is pet friendly but there will be an additional one-time pet fee of $50 for a pet. Guest must clean up after their pets before checking out and is responsible for any damages caused by a pet. Backyard is fully enclosed, but please ensure fences are properly secured before leaving your pet unattended. Host not responsible for any pet getting out. A medium pet bed is provided for pets staying indoors. Please provide a bed if the one provided is not sized for your pet. An indoor cage/kennel is also available upon prior advance request.

Swim at your own risk. Property owners are not responsible nor liable for any injuries, falls, drownings, etc. including death. Young Children and Non-Swimmers shall be under constant supervision of a Responsible Adult around Pool, including on water slide. By continuing to book this reservation you agree and abide by all rules and regulations stated herein.

>> STRICT POLICY << No parties nor large Gatherings. Any Large Gathering shall be subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee and subject to immediate cancellation. Please be respectful of neighbors. Neighbor complaints may result in stay cancellation without refund.

>> NO SMOKING<<. Smoking is not allowed inside home. If any smoke is detected in home there will be an additional $100 dollar cleaning fee.

NO PARTIES/Large Gatherings. Any gathering larger than 16 people will trigger an extra $250 cleaning fee + immediate eviction.
No Smoking/vaping inside house nor use of any illicit drugs anywhere on premises. Failure will result in $250 fine + immediate Eviction

My family and I had a wonderful time. The house exactly what we were looking for. The backyard was amazing and offered so much quality time poolside. Also, I enjoyed the location of the house, out of the hustle and bustle of downtown but so easy to access everything we wanted to see or do! The host, Karina, was amazing. She was responsive to messages, and the process to check in and out was seamless, truly!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It was clean and nicely decorated with a well-stocked kitchen and an inviting backyard and pool area. This location served as a convenient home base for us to visit our son and daughter-in-law who are stationed at Fort Bliss and also for us to take a day trip to White Sands National Monument. Karina communicated promptly and answered any questions that we had. The check in and check out process was easy and convenient.

First impressions always give you an indication of what to expect. Upon entering the house for the first time, my wife and I were very impressed with how clean it was. The house has this warm cozy feeling which makes you feel at ease and comfortable. Gabriel and Karina are exceptional hosts. They answered every question and when I saw something that needed their attention they responded very quickly. The pool was fantastic, with not only us enjoying it but also our grandkids when they stop to visit us. The grill was very clean which we have not seen in other houses we stayed. Our host thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The fact that they allowed us to take our dogs made this place a big plus. The house is located in a great location with ease to stores, restaurants, highways and a park right around the corner. The neighborhood is quiet, but I do wish the neighbors were a little more tolerant of family gatherings especially if the family is large as what we have. Definitely, this is a place I would not mind getting again. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting El Paso and want to stay in the Northeast area. It may not be a big modern home, but the coziness, the warm feeling and the comfort make anyone's stay a memorable one. Thank you Karina and Gabriel for allowing us to stay in your home.

We had a great time here. The location was perfect it was very close to the rest of our family that lives in El Paso. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. They were also amazing and responded back right away when I had a question. We will definitely stay here again.

This house is a must stay when in EP, the host was awesome.

If this property ever hits the housing market, I would buy it immediately. Inside is warm and inviting and in the back yard there is an awesome pool. What else could you ask for.. Believe it is a must stay while in EP.
