We are a family of six and we truly enjoyed our time here. The house was extremely clean and well kept. It is very close to beach access. We would definitely stay here again. Would highly recommend.

Had a great weekend, the house was very clean and beds were comfortable. It was good size for Four adults. My only negative was kitchen needed better pans.

The Cozy Pelican was the perfect fit for our group of 6 adults. Beach access is nearby, just a short walk away and stairs down to the sand and surf. The stairs aren't for the faint of heart, though just further down the road one will find an easier alternative for beach access. The house has beautiful views of the ocean and is near shops and restaurants. We enjoyed use of the fire pit for cooking dinner and fellowship.
