About this property

Swallow hut

Cottage in the heart of the Cauchy countryside, close to Rouen, Le Havre, Honfleur and Etretat, this old barn transformed into a cottage has been renovated to welcome you comfortably. Large flower garden not enclosed to share with the house of the owners located in the back. On site you can feed with pleasure the farm animals (peacocks, chickens, geese, turkeys ...).
Housing
Former stable built in 1934, the cottage is therefore located in a farmhouse. orient full is to have the sun of the morning. Two bedrooms upstairs with in one room an additional TV.
Other remarks
Package of 8KW/ day included in the rental the additional consumption and at price cost 0.2985 the KW . Mandatory deposit of 350 € for the stay. Sheets and linen included in the rental.
