Enjoy the 58-inch TV with soundbar, wardrobes and dressing stations, a full kitchen with Nespresso machine, and a washer and dryer. The private courtyard offers outdoor space. One private parking space is free. Ask about availability and the additional charge before using the EV charger. An exterior camera monitors the entrance.

Guest access
The entire townhouse, courtyard and designated parking space are for your use. Stairs connect the two levels. The entrance has an exterior security camera.

An Addington base with distinctive décor, convenient for exploring Christchurch and the surrounding dining area.
