You can enjoy this bright 1bdrm suite with all you need for a vacation or work trip! It is located on the ground level of a family home close close to Royal Roads University; Justice Institute Langford location and VGH for students and travel nurses! It is a short drive or a 30 min walk to the Esquimalt Lagoon; a bus stop a few steps from the door; close to restaurants; grocery stores and more. The suite is quiet and clean, renovated in 2023. It is open concept with a full kitchen and small seating area - the couch pulls out to a double bed. Full in suite laundry & full bathroom. The bedroom is separated by sliding barn door & has queen bed with 4 drawers and a closet. There is a lovely outdoor space with bistro table.

The suite is quiet, and walls have sound-proofing. You have your own private entrance, with a patio. In a quiet and safe neighbourhood, enjoy the fully fenced back yard, bird song, and garden.

The place was very clean and comfortable. The only thing that was missing was a bath mat for the shower.

Why they chose this property

This neighbourhood is safe, quiet, and friendly. It's a great spot to access everything you need to enjoy your stay and the island - quick access to the highway to go into downtown Victoria or up island. Hiking trails close by, and a bus stop a few steps from the door. Folks taking courses at the Justice Institute have found our suite the perfect place to stay, families on vacation have enjoyed the relaxing space to come home to after adventures throughout the day, and many guests have stayed while attending bike races or other events.

What makes this property unique

Our suite is well equipped with all you might need. A full sized kitchen for people wanting to make their meals in their home away from home is something our guests have greatly appreciated. As someone that is very detail oriented, I have everything covered, so don't panic if you forgot your toothbrush!
