Our Charming & Cozy Suite is completely private & self contained. Private keypad entrance, open concept bedroom, kitchen & living area that is fully furnished with comfy queen memory foam wall bed, fully equipped kitchen, living room with loveseat sofa-bed, kitchenette table & chairs & more! 3 piece bathroom with nice glass shower & in-suite washer & dryer! No laundromat or expensive hotel laundry service for you! You get so much more than a hotel room for much less!

Our yard is a lovely treed & tranquil setting with heated gazebo, fire table, Pit Boss Smoker/BBQ & lounge chairs. An evening in our yard is a relaxing oasis of solar lighting & ambient lit pond. You may see some wildlife too... squirrels frolic, deer come to eat carrots, quail families visit the bird feeder, bunnies...it's a perfect way to end the day!

Our Charming & Cozy Suite in Langford has everything you'll need & many unexpected touches you'll love! If you're here for a little getaway, work, school or a longer term stay, Langford & nearby Victoria attractions are hard to beat... and we're central....only 20 minutes in any direction to sights, hikes & beaches in Sooke, Victoria or Sidney!

Our neighborhood is hard to beat! Close to some great amenities, restaurants, stores & activities. If you want to go for a nice evening stroll, just take the path at the end of our road to Florence Lake... just 5 minutes from your door. Other great hikes & views are not far away. This spot was perfect for my son and I plus a friend to come stay at for a basketball tournament. The price was right and it had EVERYTHING we needed. It made dinner and breakfast between games a breeze and gave the boys a spot they were happy in to rest up. Bonus that I also enjoyed it, was able to do our laundry and it felt like home.

Undoutedly this was a 5 Star property and experience all round. The property and suite were immaculate and the communication and interface with hosts were top notch! The in suite laundry was a significant asset noting we were at the property for a month; kitchen conveniences abundant, internet superb and parking access spot on! Happy to rebook next time we are on the island!

The suite was cozy and well thought out with a welcoming ambiance. It was nice to have the option to prepare meals in the space. We only slept there as we were visiting family in Victoria but would definitely recommend the suite for people visiting the area.
