Cute place. Great location. Luke’s drug mart across the street is a super cute hidden gem. Parking was a little tricky

Very nice unit, clean, well furnished, comfortable bed as well as everything you need for a short stay. Fell asleep on the couch (comfortable couch) and was late to a meeting as I forgot to set the alarm. A little confusion on an issue at checking but was resolved by the host ASAP. Overall a very nice unit within easy walking distance of downtown, grocery store and various restaurants. Would stay again.

The aesthetic of this unit is nice, but we had strong concerns about the building overall. Our experience during the first night was very frightening as we were woken up by a woman screaming for help and banging on our door in the middle of the night, which resulted in us calling 911 and police coming to the building. Despite not being able to enjoy our first night or day due to fears about the security of the building and our door, the host did not express concern about our experience. Even though our only reason for staying was the fact that zero alternative accommodations were available due to a music event happening in Calgary, the host refused to refund us for even just the first night of our stay. Although the host said the building was safe, we had several other negative experiences getting into the building, as strangers tended to linger around the entrance. As three young women in an unfamiliar city, we didn’t feel safe. As for the unit itself, it was not very clean. The bathroom had a sewage smell, the towels were stained, and the floors were dirty.

We would like to clarify that this is a near-new building with an excellent reputation, located in one of Calgary’s best neighborhoods, and we have not previously received any similar feedback regarding the building or unit. During your stay, the unit was properly maintained and everything was functioning as expected. If there was a resident from another unit under distress during your stay, we do apologize for this but this is entirely out of our control and can happen in any condo building. We understand that the experience was frightening and that it may have left you feeling uncomfortable. We take guest concerns seriously and will continue to ensure that the unit is secure, clean, well maintained, and properly prepared for every residents safety.
