Where do I begin, from the moment we walked in we noted this place was hot and filthy. On top of that there was a pigeons nest with a baby chick and pigeon feces all over deck & patio furniture. In addition, there was a brown stain on the bedding, streaks of unknown splatters on walls, ceiling tiles were not in place, screws in ventilation covers coming loose, gouges in the wall, a TV with wires exposed and no channels, a hot tub that was advertised in description of property ,but there isnt one. The kitchen stove was covered in grease along the with cupboards above. Every corner of the place had piles of dirt. No instruction manual to turn the heat down or turn on the air conditioning. Finally, on both sides of the fridge there was a ton of dust and dirt. We tried to contact host as soon as we arrived on the Friday to inform him of our disgust and the issues in this place and got no response. We called VRBO on Saturday and sent them pictures when we still
did not hear from host. VRBO called host twice & couldn't reach him either and had to leave him a message. The host finally sent us a message saying he would have someone come remove nest & pigeons and clean .. to little too late. Plus cleaning lady said to difficult to get rid of the pigeons. Save your money because it is not as advertised. Plus it is at your own dime to park on the street and an inconvenience to move your car becomes of time restraints.
