Newly furnished in a simplistic Modern Flare. This space is perfect for the traveler(s) who want to experience the heart of Greenwich , other than an impersonal hotel. Perfectly set in downtown Greenwich, on a quaint side street, reminiscent of Nantucket. Surrounded by World Class Shopping and a variety of delicious eateries, you will never tire from the multitude of options, just steps away. This second floor unit has a private entrance. Set within a circa 1920's building, that is beautifully restored and maintained. No elevator, 2nd floor walk up building. No parking on site

Fantastic spot! The house was just what we needed in an absolute ideal location! Coffee and restaurants right around the corner, short walk downhill to the train station to commute into the city, and Kim was extremely kind and accommodating the entire time! Highly recommend!

This is a superb apartment, accurately defined online, exceptionally clean, very nicely furnished and conveniently located to shops and restaurants on Greenwich Avenue and to the Metro North station. Kim was extremely helpful and quickly assisted with any questions that we had. Definitely five star and we certainly plan to return

Amazing Location

I couldn’t have been happier with this lovely apartment literally steps from Greenwich Avenue, with its incredible restaurants and stores. It had every amenity I could possibly ask for and more, and I felt I could literally live there for months. It reminded me of the beautiful brownstone I used to live in on the upper west side of NYC. Just a delightful experience! I couldn’t recommend it more highly.
