We chose to stay here for a family event nearby. We found the property very clean and comfortable throughout our stay and would not hesitate to book it again. Although this trip wasn’t about adventuring elsewhere, we know it is convenient to many great places in Fairfield County, Connecticut, as well as New York.

Hello! My name is Lin. I was born and raised in China and moved to the U.S. at 13, so I’ve been fortunate to experience the best of both cultures.

I began hosting private rooms in my home in 2019 and quickly fell in love with the experience. Meeting people from all walks of life inspired me to expand into short-term rentals. I’ve always enjoyed traveling and immersing myself in different cultures—it’s a reminder of how vast the world is and how meaningful these connections can be.

I’m currently based in New York and manage my properties remotely with the support of a trusted local team. My goal is to make every guest’s stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need anything—I’m always happy to help.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood for its unique combination of coastal charm and everyday convenience. Being just a block from Holly Pond and close to Cove Island Beach, it offers a peaceful, scenic setting that’s perfect for morning walks or unwinding by the water.

At the same time, you’re only minutes from Downtown Stamford and have easy access to I-95, making it incredibly convenient for both work and leisure. It’s a great balance of quiet residential living and accessibility, which is exactly what drew us to the area.

What makes this property unique

What makes this property unique is its rare combination of location, comfort, and privacy. You’re just a block from the waterfront at Holly Pond and minutes from Cove Island Beach, while still being close to Downtown Stamford and major highways.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire first floor, offering a sense of space and privacy that’s hard to find. The home is bright, spacious, and thoughtfully set up for both relaxation and longer stays, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living areas, and a layout that works well for families, groups, or remote work.

It’s a unique blend of coastal living and everyday convenience, designed to feel like a true home away from home.
