The property was very pretty and in a great location. I loved the private patio, and that the pool was just behind the property. The kitchen was fully stocked which I appreciated. What brought the listing down for me was: 1. The floors were filthy. By the end of the day on my first day the bottoms of my feet were brown. There is no reason why my feet should be that dirty at the end of the day. I had to walk around in my shoes during my stay. 2. The bed in the master bedroom was sandy, so we had to wash the sheets before we could lay in the bed. 3. The hot tub was not working. We were looking forward to using it during our stay which is one of the reasons we picked this property. I sent a message to the host, without response. I called Village Realty and it is not possible to get through; however, I did get a phone call back stating they would send maintenance to fix the hot tub. It was never fixed and we did not get to use the hot tub at all during our stay. I finally got in touch with someone to ask for a partial refund. Many properties without a hot tub were at least 100 cheaper and the most the rental host offered was a 50 credit. I am unfortunately disappointed. Overall, I did have a good stay because I like to make the most of my time regardless of what happens but I would probably not book this property in the future.
