6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
7. Please Note: Exterior security cameras are present and in place at the front and back of the home for added safety monitoring. Rest assured, your privacy is paramount, and no cameras are installed inside the living areas.

Amazing stay

The location of this house is amazing. Within walking distance to the beautiful beach and also on a quiet street with minimal traffic. Heated pool was a huge plus

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was great, I loved the backyard. The house had everything we needed. We could drive over to the beach entrance and park or let people out and walk straight down to the beach. Be sure to call and have your 2 chairs and umbrella set up for each day, that was really nice.My only complaint is that the fitted sheet on the king size beds would not stay on, they need a bigger sheet. Other than that I couldn’t ask for more!Also I took 3 of my granddaughters to an exotic pet store and to Petland which had a lot of adorable puppies and other animals. They had so much fun.

Great stay

Great location, great home. The weather didn’t cooperate to use the pool. One bed needed clean sheets and the garbage disposal needed to be services because someone had left glass in it. Overall, great stay.

Memories for a Lifetime!

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful oasis with our young kids! We were delighted by the personal welcome from the property owner and enjoyed all the home had to offer including all of the kid friendly ammenities. Our whole family enjoyed a grilled dinner and movie night on the patio too! Large, open and cozy home in the perfect beach location. Our kids didn't want to leave and we hope to be back for a visit again soon. Thank you!

We had a great time at our stay. Here are the positives…The pool was amazing. The yard was wonderful for our dog who loved running around. The grass was not cut until the 3rd day. We had to ask for them to do it. We had a great movie night at the pool. The beach was close and it was beautiful. It was a quick walk and barely anyone was there. We have never had a beach that private and it was amazing. My kids had so much fun with the games in the house. We were very close to the city. Here’s the negative…The house needs a major deep clean. The carpets need cleaning, and the kitchen and bathroom cabinets were very filthy. The baseboards were very dirty. The trashcan was gross. I had trouble getting comfortable because the lack of cleanliness. The bathrooms were very tiny and needs updating.

Could’ve been better

I look back on our time at the lovely little house near the beach. It was certainly enjoyed by me and 4 others. I was worried the two small restrooms were going to be uncomfortable during peak times but we made it work. The living room was comfortable but certainly not the couch. Ouch. Doing the clean up required for check out would’ve been better if there were more than two trash bags offered. Speaking of, check-in time is 4pm which is very late and no help with early check-in from the management company even when there weren’t renters for three consecutive days prior. Also, be patient with the MANY emails and signed contracts that you have to abide by after your booking. If I had known this was forced upon us, I probably would’ve chose another property. Just my preference as I enjoy speaking direct with the host and getting immediate communication. The kitchen was well supplied with all cooking equipment needed for a nice dinner. No curtains on any window let in a ton of beautiful natural light, but don’t go to bed too late if you’re not an early riser! The security cameras all around the property made us feel safe but also a little invasive. This house is 100% sized for no more than 8 people. Overall, we enjoyed the house but too many better options to go back to this property again.
