The Baltic Sea on your doorstep with 2 balconies and WiFi

Welcome to the apartment Seagull in Osteebad Nienhagen. This quiet apartment is accessible to traffic. It is furnished to modern about 70 m² and has 2 balconies. The house has an elevator and outdoor parking spaces for bicycles are available, also central washer-dryer in the basement for a fee.

On request we are happy to provide children's high chair and cot available.
The following amenities can be found in our 3-room non-smoking apartment:
- Kitchen with sofa bed, TV, DVD player, dining area with baby chair
- Bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe and baby travel cot
- Children's room with sofa bed (for 2 children or adults) with TV with DVD player
There is underfloor heating in all rooms.

The nearby Warnemünde and the golf course, you can easily and on the hiking. Reach cycling path along the sea. Trips to Kuehlungsborn and Heiligendamm are also gladly done by our visitors.

Die Ferienwohnung ist hervorragend und sehr gut ausgestattet – es fehlt an nichts. Super war auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und mit dem Verwalter vor Ort. Sauberkeit: Bei Ankunft war es leider stellenweise etwas staubig.Lage & Anbindung: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig recht weit entfernt (ca. 45 Minuten Fußweg/20min mit dem Bus). Zudem sind die nahegelegenen Strandaufgänge gesperrt, sodass der nächste offene Zugang erst nach etwa 40 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar war.Fazit: Für Selbstversorger mit Auto eine schöne Unterkunft, für reine Fußgänger aufgrund der Distanzen jedoch etwas beschwerlich. Die Busse fahren nicht alle diese Haltestelle an. Sodass man oft lange warten musste.

Die Lage der Fewo ist für Ruhesuchende ideal. Auf Grund der Farbe der Fußbodenfliesen (schwarzstrukturiert) sieht man jedes Staubkrümel. Das Negative im Moment ist der gesperrte Strandabgang, so dass man nicht auf kurzem Weg zum Strand kann. Dafür kann der Vermieter nichts, aber beeinträchtigt insgesamt das Erlebnis Fewo Seemöwe. Hier muss man sich ebenfalls selbst um die Kurtaxe kümmern, obwohl der Vermieter lt. Auskunft Kurverwaltung dafür zuständig ist.

Der Fußboden ist eben dunkel gehalten. Durch einen Sturm kann es an der Küste zu so einer Sperrung kommen. Schade, dass es hierauf zu einer nicht so guten Bewertung kommt. Da unser Ortsteil ein Sonderstatus besitzt, brauchen wir für die Übernachtung keine Kurtaxe einzusammeln und abzugeben. Wenn man den Strand nutzt, kann vor Ort am Automaten ein Ticket gezogen werden. Die Kurverwaltung hat Ihnen hier eine allgemeine Auskunft gegeben, aber nicht in Bezug auf unseren Ortsteil, der nicht zur Abgabe verpflichtet ist.

Gelungener Kurzurlaub

Hochwertig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit reichlich Platz für drei Erwachsene. Sehr gepflegtes Umfeld, schön gelegen, fünf Minuten Fußweg von Steilküste und Ostsee entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Top Lage

Wir waren für eine Woche da. Uns hat die Aufteilung der Räume der Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen. Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet, der Kleiderschrank in den jeweiligen Schlafzimmern war geräumig und das Bad bot viel Platz. Der Blick vom Balkon, welcher von der Küche ausging, war ok, aber wir waren viel unterwegs und das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Lediglich die Hellhörigkeit störte uns etwas. Wir hörten abends immer, wenn jmd das Objekt im Treppenhaus betrat bzw die Feriengäste über uns durch die Wohnung tippelte (Familie mit 4 Kids). Die Lage war optimal. Fußläufig konnten wir die Steilküste erreichen und Höhnergötter suchen. Mit dem Auto hatten wir es nicht weit nach Warnemünde oder Kühlungsborn. Auf dem Weg dahin gibt es Möglichkeiten einzukehren und regionale Küche oder auch international zu genießen. Wir kommen wieder nach Nienhagen!

Insgesamt gut

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es war auch schön ruhig und man ist in 5minuten an der Steilküste. Baden kann man da aber nicht. Einziger Makel, der mich gestört hat: die geliehene Bettwäsche könnte neuer und in einem besseren Zustand sein. 20€ pro Person fand ich hier nicht angemessen.

Es ist richtig, hier ist die Steilküste. Die Bettwäsche ist privat ausgeliehen und hat mit der FEWO nicht zu tun.

Tolle Wohnung in sehr ruhiger Lage

Eine sehr schöne, hochwertig möblierte und ausgestattete Wohnung. Auch die verwendeten Baustoffe wie Fliesen, Struckturputz, Türen sind sehr ansprechend. Der Spiegelschrank im Schlafzimmer war „husch husch“ feucht abgewischt worden, das hätte man besser gelassen, denn so wirkte er verschmiert. Die tolle große Dusche in dem ebenfalls sehr wertigen Bad war auch mit Hilfsmittel gut zu benutzen. W-LAN lief stabil. Der Kontakt mit dem Hausmeisterservice lief angenehm und reibungslos. Alles in allem ein wirklich schönes Objekt.

Nach holprigem Start, war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist alles vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühl. Die Nähe zu den größeren Städten ist ideal. Mit dem Fahrrad ist alles gut zu erreichen.

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine gute ruhige Lage und vom Balkon hat man auch einen Blick zur Ostsee, aber leider war die Reinigung vorher nicht ganz so perfekt. Insgesamt aber waren es ein paar schöne Tage in Nienhagen.
