Magnificent 6-person architect-designed villa in Uzès with a private pool and large garden.

Hello everyone,
Our beautiful villa awaits you, it is ideally located 2 km from the centre of the famous Duchy of Uzès, come and discover our vast property of 4 large bedrooms located in a quiet area and not overlooked.
The gate gives you access via the large driveway that runs through the plot of more than 2000m2.

You will appreciate our magnificent 8X8m swimming pool with its wooden terrace in a noise-free and relaxing setting. The pool is secured by alarm.

The kitchen is very well equipped, with access to a wooden terrace that completely surrounds the house. At your disposal, the gas barbecue, two parasols and a large parking space.

Inside, you will discover beautiful spaces with wooden flooring, all built around a central patio that brings light, without the heat.
In this regard, the house is equipped with a cooling floor (gain of 3 to 5 degrees).
The house therefore remains cool in summer.

The master suite is spacious with an en-suite bathroom. There are also 3 double bedrooms with 1 independent bathroom and a shower room.

We can provide you with a domestic help during your stay (extra charge).

Lovely holiday in the Gard

We had a lovely stay. The layout and the design of the house, terraces, pool, the location itself - all contributed to making it a special holiday. Lots to do in the area from canoeing to wine tasting, and visiting historical sites. Highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect

Fantastic House just a short walk to the center of Uzes. The house is so well designed with lots of space and really well equipped. The pool is great and as it was 40c for some of our stay got plenty of use. Christine and Francois were lovely to deal with. Great base for exploring this part of France. Highly recommend!

Perfection!

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful house. Everything we needed was there. The view from the pool, over the olive trees and to the hills was stunning - could have quite happily spent another week enjoying it all. Will definitely return! Many thanks to Christine and Francois.

Superbe proprité agrémentée d'une très agréable villa

Superbe propriété autour d'une villa dans laquelle il fait bon séjourner. Grande piscine et espace font de ce lieu un endroit très agréable à vivre. Aménagements intérieurs bien supérieurs aux biens de locations rencontrés jusqu'alors. A recommander.
