The location is great, within walking distance to bus route, tokyo government building, and park. The place was very clean. The futons are not futons.. they are a thick comforter meant to be placed on the floor because of this i would say its suitable for only 6 people.

It's a pleasure to host you. My room has four single beds, one double bed, and three futons. The three futons are folded up and stored in the closet, as shown in the photos. They are standard futons from a Japanese ryokan. The mattresses aren't as thick as Simmons mattresses because they need to be stored in the closet. The traditional Japanese way of life is to take the futons out to sleep at night and fold them up and put them back in the closet in the morning. It's a clever use of space, but it naturally has two sides—it sacrifices some mattress thickness. Considering the weight and habits of Europeans and Americans, a ratio of 6 adults and 3 children or less is ideal. You can also stack two futons together for even more comfort. We're glad you were satisfied with our location, cleanliness, and facilities. We are looking forward to your next stay.
