Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire apartment and to the common areas of the building including the indoor pool, gym & sauna. All shared facilities such as the pool and sauna are accessible with the provided key fob.

Other things to note
- DISCOUNT - 10% off for bookings of 7 days or more, 15% off for bookings of 20 days or more - please send a direct message if the discount does not apply.
- During your stay we can provide extra cleaning or linen change. We will need at least 24 hours notice, please enquire for pricing.
- There is strictly NO PARTIES or EVENTS to be held at the apartment. No refund will be given on the stay if building and booking rules are violated and you will be asked to vacate.
- For guests more than 2, use of the sofa bed will incur an extra fee of $45 per stay for making up bed and linens. The apartment can have no more than 4 people staying.
- A travelling cot/high chair can be set up if requested in advance.
- Please note, we do not offer luggage storage or on-site parking at the property, street parking is available.
- Pets are not allowed
- We understand that accidents do happen and kindly request that you report any accidental breakages or damages in writing
before checking out. In the event that damage to the property or its contents is not covered by our insurance or it exceeds the security deposit, the cost to repair or replace will be billed to the guests.
